Communication and feedback with and from our people is important in ensuring real time adoption and implementation of health and safety information and support. We make sure to keep our communication channels as open and accessible as possible.
We frequently conduct training and competency revision programs, to ensure that our people have the necessary knowledge, skills and experience to safely perform their duties.
Having processes that maintain a comprehensive incident management and emergency response is essential in any organization. These processes include notification, escalation, recording, investigation and review of events. Appropriate response to emergency situations is also important as it protects those impacted by work activities.
By conducting periodic reports and audits we are able to identify trends, measure progress, and establish the effectiveness of our management systems. This is in order to continuously improve, evolve and strengthen our safety program.
